  1. Understanding your needs – I will work with you to define some clear, realistic and measurable goals. Without knowing what you want to achieve from your social media it’s unlikely you will achieve very much. I can help you set these goals and decide for example if you want to gain brand awareness, drive traffic to your website, increase online sales, get more people to your event or even download your app. As well as defining in detail who your target audience will be.
  2. Deciding on the best platforms – if you already have a social media presence I will complete an audit and assess how it is working for you. By understanding your goals I will suggest which platforms are best suited and focus on the ones that are going to reach your target audience.
  3. Set up your platforms and develop a content strategy – it’s important all your platforms have a consistent look and are portraying the right message as well as being on brand. If you haven’t got a social media presence I can set up all the relevant platforms for you. I will also develop a comprehensive content strategy for your social media, deciding what to post and when.
  4. Managing your social media – I will then begin posting great content at the best times to help motivate your target audience. I will also deal with customer queries, engage with key influencers and build relationships on your behalf, all the time measuring the success of the social media activity and providing you with regular progress reports so you can see how well it is performing.
